Call for applications for study abroad under the ERASMUS+ programme for the academic year 2025/26.

The Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies announces a call for applications for study abroad under the ERASMUS+ programme for the academic year 2025/26.

The internal interview will take place on Friday 28 February 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in room 222. Applications can be sent by email to: anna.tropia@ff.cuni.cz by 21 February 2025. If you are applying for a study stay in the UK, please email Anna Tropia as soon as possible.

If a student wishes to apply for the summer semester at a university in Switzerland, it is essential that they are nominated now. This is due to the co-financing of the scholarship under the so-called Erasmus+/SEMP programme: the Swiss university has to apply for a grant from the local ministry after the nominations in February/March. In this way Swiss universities can then co-finance the trip of our students.

Requirements for the selection process at the ÚFAR:

1) a brief CV
2) a cover letter (max. 1 page – it needs be the motivation with which you are applying for the scholarship – in Czech or English or in the language of the receiving institution, if different). If you apply for more than one institution, then you need to write one cover letter per institution
3) transcripts of exams (to be downloaded from SIS)
4) doctoral students must additionally submit a recommendation from their supervisor
